Pros

interesting and challenging work environment. people are great. compensation and work-life balance is...eh. excellent portfolio, dominating the market. sense of home, comradery and partnership.

Cons

where to begin?...bottom line, middle management (members club) is poor, to a point it distorts the real picture to upper management. good, working people are leaving, only to be replaced by more bad managers with no knowledge of the industry, thinking organizational changes will make everything better.

Pros

Great internal colleagues across the world while delivering added value software for banks and callcenters

Cons

Alot of internal politics which leads to good people leaving while new people are being hired with no experience in the market

Pros

As a global company, there is opportunity to learn a lot about international business. It is a solid company with interesting product offerings. There is also great peer support.

Cons

Lack of internal processes and controls. The environment as a whole is extremely reactive, with almost no proactive measures. Head count is a constant struggle, and positions are not being filled as people leave. Departments are very siloed, with a lot of finger pointing and inability to work cohesively. "Stressful environment" is an understatement, and employees are pushed beyond capacity. Leadership is very centralized, with no real empowerment to make decisions without CEO/CFO approvals. Work-life balance is mentioned, but the reality is that if you don't work evenings and weekends, it's next to impossible to keep up with demands during the work day. Mention of stress to management is viewed as being negative. There is pressure to abide by a vague global policy on day to day activities, yet exceptions to policy are the norm as people constantly escalate issues to get what they want. It's an overall exhausting environment, and peer support is what keeps most people there. Bonuses are paltry, and merit raises are less than 3%.
