      Pros

      Can do approach embedded in company DNA, very intelligent and success driven employees, appreciation for talent, company is trying hard to move forward and break into new markets which is very exciting and challenging to those involved.

      Cons

      Culture is a bit aggressive and if you let people push you around , they will. NICE usually acquires a few companies each year so PMI's create a mess and in general the company is not a big believer in structured processes and things keep changing constantly.

      Pros

      Interesting technology, some good people, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      No training. No support. Constantly upping the ante, but not providing any assistance on achieving it. Reworking company mission every 6 months, changing management constantly, no consistency. HR says, "if you don't like what you are doing, don't worry, it'll change in a few months anyway". Not a great place for women to work.
