      Too little focus on people, too much on results

      Pros

      NICE is an international company, with a big cultural diversity. The products they sell are overall pretty good and innovative, and receive a lot of praise within the market.

      Cons

      There is a very high focus on quarterly results. This often results in rush-jobs, high workload, burned-out people, which again leads to a high turnover. Customers are complaining about this, and the lack of attention they get. There's a lot of focus on selling things, but once the sale is done the focus quickly dwindles.

      Pros

      Can be great to work for, package reasonable, and some great people to work for, like to give the appearance that they are one big happy family

      Cons

      Unfortunately as soon as they see any downturns they lay off staff, and don't look to the future needs, not always the happy family they try to impress, though you stand a better chance of promotion if you are an Israeli.
