NICE does offer a good work culture and work life balance, and this is reflected in the “Great Place to Work” (GPTW) accreditation received by NICE India for the second consecutive year. We wish you great success in whichever career direction you choose!

Pros

Fantastic work-life balance. Outstanding offices and events. Great culture and treat people well!

Cons

Huge corporation, hard to get anything done. NICE works on many things, but the product I worked on was incredibly boring.
