      Pros

      They offer competitive pay, and gladly worked with me on things in my personal life, was offered many avenues of advancement from being a production upstream operator (QA, Injections, Management/Team Lead, and Forklift Operator.) Which most of, also have further advancement. I was recognized by plant management for my efforts, and they wanted to see me succeed.

      Cons

      The only cons I have would have been the initial training, it was in a factory but the training was very fly by your pants, trial by fire, as well as they use the "traditional" point system for late/call outs, I was a minute late at one point (because I had to wait in line to clock-in) and it bumped me to my "warning" level, which was a bit silly.

      Great culture overall with great benefits.

      Cons

      Moving from Ontario to Diamond Bar change how management viewed the employees. "Team" as they like to call employees suddenly evaporated and the team broke down to clicks and favoritism is rampant from the directors on down.

      Terrible Culture, Management awful

      Air conditioned breakroom, water sale , new parking lot lines .

      Cons

      Trust no one ! No integrity, no one gets good review everyone sucks ,no good dead goes unpunished!
