      learning opportunities were good ,benefits ,nice headquarters

      Cons

      Toxic culture in IT , lot of politics and favoritism. Heavy dependency and work load on few people which stops from performing duties quickly and timely manner.

      Pros

      Great company culture, lots of career advancement opportunities, great benefits. Everyone works like a team and has a business mindset. You have the ability to grow by what you put in. Business is growing and there are new team members joining each month, very positive future outlook.

      Pros

      Started out good. Company is one of the best I have worked for.

      Cons

      Now after changes the new manager is a real piece of bad work. Poor manager bad attitude and fosters a hostile environment . Likes to micromanage and has outbursts of anger and makes snap decisions without researching if there is actually a basis for reacting negatively to the employees. Running off all the talent to escape working under him. Scared to talk to HR or manager due to fear of retaliation.
