Pros

- The ability to rotate through different departments to figure out what youre passionate about. - A lot of team bonding events - A great amount of age, race, and gender representation - An abundance of growth opportunities - No micromanaging. You hit the ground running - Super friendly people - Brand new headquarters - Ability to work from home on Fridays (subject to approval by your supervisor) - Flexible work hours - Great place to jump-start your career - Abundance of projects and cross-departmental collaboration

Cons

- The program is only available to recent graduates - Some PDP's believe the work-life balance could use some improvements - While this is not necessarily a con, if you aren't someone who can handle a fast-paced and ever-changing company, this place may not be for you. Very much a sink or swim environment (but in the best way, teaches you to really push yourself)

Pros

- Program for "fresh-out-of-college" grads. - Participating in the program gives you great flexibility in choosing your path at Niagara. - Designing a roadmap of rotations through different departments allows you to see the "bigger picture" of the supply chain, and sets you up well for growth opportunities. - Having a mentor is excellent to guide your ideas. - The impact you make is really dependent on how much work you put in and on your creativity to see across work silos and recognize areas of improvement. - Culture of fast change in order to drive growth. - WINNING team and culture!

Cons

- The program is designed to last 1.5-2 years, which may be too long for some. - The program is centered at the company's headquarters but does not seem to encourage travel off-site, besides neighboring plants. - Pretty much only logistical challenges, but the upcoming move to Diamond Bar HQ is exciting. - The pace of work is demanding during the summer peak season, but manageable since the work culture is very supportive.

Pros

Culture is outstanding, Stable job, and a variety of career advancement opportunities.

Cons

As with most manufacturing plants most of the day is spent inside. The 12 hour shifts make for a long day.
