      Lows control on Favoring someone not because he or she is doing a great job, but for reasons of the job performance.

      Pros

      It can be a better place of work if they get rid of all the 20 Family members who are since supervisors hire and given good positions and until you find out they do not let you grow up overall.

      Cons

      Many bad operations are basic to minimize the true value of quality control they mistake manager decided to try to run better basic on high numbers and completed low risk to not meet the 80% efficiently all being colluded covering a lot of waisting material. and plus under the water sales for the only employee, one of them full the 3 or more trucks getting fisico more than 200 cases for free. some of the co-workers are having not legal rights for work here USA

      Got hired right before a reorganization.

      Pros

      Privately owned company with great benefits and lots of travel, fast paced, tons of innovation!

      Cons

      New employees are not empowered, knowledge is not shared, and training is formalized. It a cut throat environment and depending which department you end up in you may not last long.
