      Terrible mid-management - too many inexperienced people holding manager and up positions Poor compensation - sub par to industry/Greater LA standards Minimal yearly raises Bad work life balance - depending on your department

In addition, Niagara is continuously involved in ensuring that our salaries are within range for the current market. Be sure to talk to your supervisor regarding performance and training to maximize on annual reviews so you can be ready for promotion opportunities.
