very good pay. unstable work environment. unsafe and dangerous. everyday could be your last.

unique product and high in demand. state of the art equipment, technology. overtime is always available. very good benefits for a single person. awesome communication between plant director and employees.

Cons

many of the mechanics do not have any mechanical background which can be very aggravating. you can be terminated at anytime if they feel your performance is not up to par. it is not a place for an older worker they cater to a younger workforce.
