      Great to hear your experience has been all pro, but rest assured with all good there will probably be a bad day. We value both sides, telling our good story but at the same time letting us know where we can get better. At the end of the day better is better and we know we are not as good as we can get.

      Pros

      Very supportive and helpful if I had questions, incredibly flexible with school schedule and even deliverables. Though my cons is lengthy, I very much had a positive experience here.

      Cons

      Very little structure for intern program. Highly structured from a corporate perspective it becomes diluted when implemented at the plant level with several unnecessary requirements that do not help grow the employee. While I appreciate the "internship is what you make it" mentality, I would have liked a little more guidance and expectations so I could devote myself to learning one or two skills very well as opposed to a myriad of them (jack of all trades).

      Pros

      Provide lots of training for its employees. compensation is just average. Promotions opportunity is great since the company is growing. Good place for personal growth.

      Cons

      Intensive work load. Employee turnover rate is so high. Lots of great people left.
