Pros

Great cross functional teams and the benefits are decent.

Cons

Direct management and category manager are very disrespectful to employees. My reason for leaving is due to management harassment and ever changing list of expectations. Workload is heavy to the point that being able to complete a single task is impossible. Manager will usually state they can do all this work by themselves and have no issues as they have been in the company for over have a decade. Well in this case now they can.

Pros

Absolutely nothing great about this company. If you must get some experience, and get out.

Cons

Question everything about this place. This place does not care about you. HR will not help you. The companies with a point system that is impossible not to get points that will lead you to getting write-ups. Even with doctors notes write ups. It's a very hot working inviroment, take care of your self. I had to buy my own electrolytes to make it thru the 12 hour shift.

Hate working here

Pros

I cannot see any real pros working here.

Cons

Working at Niagara Bottling has been one of the worst mistakes I’ve made in my career. They overwork you day and night. I’ve been put to work in a completely different field and its contributing nothing to my career aspirations. I feel I’ve wasted crucial time of my life with not even gratitude for the hard work put in. Month end in finance is brutal with no holidays, overtime with no pay. The work life balance has caused severe anxiety issues forcing me to see the therapist regularly. I’ve been lied to about every role I have taken and it feels I am no more than an extra resource to be sucked everything from.
