Making bottled water next to a WASTE DUMP because land was cheap

Steady work, but large turnover rate. Have to hit those numbers.

Cons

Terrible Management and Owners. Who produces water from the area water right next to the biggest waste dump in the area? These people. Imperial, Pa location. This is not the type of people who have concerns for there customers and end users. If you ask anyone there they will tell you they make bottles instead of make bottles filled with water. What does that tell you about the water quality?

Our level of testing throughout the purification and bottling process surpasses the requirements set in place by the FDA or EPA. Ensuring the safety of the water is our primary objective in providing bottled water products to our customers.

They will hire you even if you don't have any experience as they are always hiring due to constant departure of analysts from the company. They do sponsor work permits for international students

Cons

No work life balance, just forget about it, plants operate 24/7 so expect to be on call 24/7 Planning department leadership lacks experience and management skills, if you can survive 2+ year here ,you can also become a manager as by then all of your co-workers would be left and you will be the senior most team member. No training or structure, department is always in firefighting mode.. Join if you have no other option

Great Success at Employees Expense

Pros

Great growth and plenty of opportunity if you have the skills. Chance to learn quickly.

Cons

Success is built on the backs of employees but pay and benefits are barely average. No equity opportunity except at the top level. No bonuses below VP/Director. Culture is good but focus on the employee benefit is missing even from the slogan.
