90 Day Introductory/Probation Period

Great benefits and work life balance

Cons

Strict clocking in and out policy, poor management and no job stability. There is a 90 day probation period when you first start where they may fire you at any time with/without reason. If you depend on your job keep that in mind.

Great benefits and flex time.

Cons

He is extremely involved in employee disputes. Over involved. I have never worked for a company where so much unprofessional behavior was conducted by the HR department, as well as employees.

Pros

Company gives off great vibe, has a great product and reputation within industry. Very stable company with long history of growth and innovation.

Cons

Lacking direction and poor management team lead to much frustration by employees. Constant changing of priorities and lack of support makes it hard to accomplish goals set by management.
