Pros

Okay wages for the area, paid time off, dental, 401k, the usual.

Cons

If you're not on day shift, you basically live at the plant. Overtime expectations are ridiculous and attendance demands are almost draconian. Benefits are there IF they hire you on from one of the local temp agencies, but this isn't guaranteed. Do more work and they put you in a more difficult position for no extra pay. If you like having time off and being with your family, you're going to sacrifice a lot of that for this company. Not worth it!
