Pros

No pro, I would not recommend this company very too faced. Smile at you tell you your doing a good job but then get rid of you. While keeping people who slack off talk with each other ect.

Cons

Double standards, no growth, unrealistic demands and full of discriminatory minded management. Not worth the time or gas!

Very Poorly Managed in the US

Some of the people that I worked with were great.

Cons

Poorly managed, by limited experienced leadership - top level line managers acting like kindergarten children throwing temper tantrums.

Benefits Work life balance Per Diem Free Massages at Corporate Good for self starters who want to be left alone

Cons

Pay is not fair for the industry Extremely weak management at corporate level No clear direction Clear disconnect between Michigan corporate office and field Lack of communication from corporate Ideas are frowned upon unless the GM's come up with them Panic mode ensues if targets are off slightly 80/20 rule is in effect but management seems to forget it Steps over dollars to pick up pennies Poor accountability
