      Big opportunity to make a dent in the space, group of talented folks who are hard working, multiple successful funding rounds, transparent and honest environment

      Cons

      Stressful times that come along with being in a early stage startup, a lot of pressure to perform.

      The office space itself is acceptable, but that is where the positives end.

      Cons

      -Leadership is filled with control-obsessed individuals who treat employees like puppets. -Manipulation runs deep, with constant interference in even the smallest tasks. -The power-hungry behavior crushes morale and makes every day unbearable. -The work atmosphere is suffocating, leaving employees drained and frustrated. -Nitra is a place that grinds people down rather than helping them grow.

      Collaborative growth ahead!

      Pros

      The team is all in on growing together and scaling fast. We work hard and play hard, with some longer hours, but it's worth it as the upside is very high. Why leave the office if you have the chance to make more money?? We have an entire market to conquer, so we have plenty of leads and numerous opportunities to make a huge impact by entering new industries.

      Cons

      Longer hours and in-office full-time can be a turn-off for some, but it's nice to have structure and a routine.
