      Well-kept office, modern furniture, and equipment.

      Cons

      - Management was aggressive and abusive - Time off was treated like a crime, with no room to breathe or recover - Every move was monitored and interfered with - Leadership thrived on control, taking pride in dominating employees rather than supporting them

      Pros

      It’s refreshing to work somewhere where engineers aren’t treated like an afterthought. Management listens. At Nitra, I’m included in planning and not just handed specs. The environment is moving fast. Problem solvers. We do not spin wheels. Leadership shares updates often, and there’s a sense that we’re building something real, not just chasing targets.
