Pros

The company has a welcoming culture that makes it easy to adapt for both new and existing employees. There are plenty of opportunities to grow within the company if you take the initiative. You will make a lot of money if you take the time to learn the product, ask questions when you need help, and stay motivated. The product isn't overly complicated, so it's easy to get up to speed and start seeing results.

Cons

If you need a lot of structure and constant direction, you may not always find it here. Everyone is working hard, and there is not always a leader available to tell you exactly how to do your job. Relying on your fellow sales team members can help guide you in the right direction, rather than expecting direct instructions from senior leaders.

Pros

Great product to sell - it is essentially a no-cost product and is very useful for our clients saving them hours of time with our accounting AI automations. Shorter sales cycles than I've ever had so success comes fast. Collaborative self sufficient team - As a venture backed startup things change very fast, and you will be successful if you thrive in uncertain environments. The best reps here learn from each other and relish the opportunity to build their own systems and processes rather than be told exactly what to do. Opportunity for Impact - You will be able to influence product decisions from day 1 if you have good ideas. If you knock it out of the park one month, the team really feels your success.

Cons

Sales Enablement - As a startup, sales management wears many hats and has about 100 different things to focus on so at times there is less enablement than an established company may have. Yet since the product often sells itself, its an environment where you can thrive with tenacity and a good system. If you aren't confident in your ability to sell and figure out solutions yourself, it can be difficult. We are hiring a Vp of Sales coming in August and we have a great revops lead now so it's getting better. Growth Pains - Systems are sometimes lacking, but I've felt more freedom to build than any company I've worked at.

Pros

The only thing I found worthwhile about this job was the salary and benefits package.

Cons

There was a tremendous amount of pressure and exceptionally high expectations, yet little to no direction or support from upper management. The organization was consistently disorganized and dysfunctional, which appeared to stem from a lack of clear leadership and strategic vision. From the outset, there was minimal structure, inadequate communication, and virtually no guidance on priorities or expectations. Rather than addressing these underlying issues, the company's "reboot" seemed focused solely on increasing pressure and demanding stronger results without providing the resources, processes, or leadership necessary for employees to succeed. As a result, the work environment became increasingly frustrating and unsustainable.
