      Pros

      If someone wants a startup style situation where everyone is expected to handle everything, this might serve as a short term option.

      Cons

      Work life balance was terrible. Employees were expected to remain available for meetings at all hours of the day and night. Personal time simply did not exist and there was no choice but to accept it. Be warned. Anyone who values time outside of work should stay far away. Do not enter this position expecting anything positive. The experience will be deeply disappointing and exhausting.

      The pay can be reasonable if you manage to hit the numbers

      - The atmosphere is suffocating and heavy, leaving you drained by midday - Conversations can turn rude and disrespectful without warning, especially when leadership is involved - You constantly feel on edge, afraid that the slightest misstep could trigger conflict - The approach to staff is aggressive and often crosses into mistreatment, yet it becomes normalized quickly - Taking time off feels wrong, as if caring for yourself is a punishable offense - There is no real chance to recover, only endless pressure to keep performing even when completely exhausted - Every action is scrutinized and controlled, no matter how minor - Direction focuses on dominance rather than support, eroding confidence over time - The sales culture is framed as competitive, but it is truly combative and relentless - Opinions carry little weight unless you exceed targets, and even success feels conditional and fragile
