      Big opportunity to make a dent in the space, group of talented folks who are hard working, multiple successful funding rounds, transparent and honest environment

      Stressful times that come along with being in a early stage startup, a lot of pressure to perform.

      - Management was aggressive and abusive - Time off was treated like a crime, with no room to breathe or recover - Every move was monitored and interfered with - Leadership thrived on control, taking pride in dominating employees rather than supporting them

      Really Exciting, actual potential

      Pros

      Salary, commission structure, industry, product, team. Very nice team, everyone gets along. Product is top notch and innovative. Goals are realistic and the company leadership is very transparent. We know the overall goals and exactly what we each need to do to get there. Never felt pressured negatively by management or CEO. They truly respect you as a person.
