Pros

Product is a pleasure to sell, as it is free for Doctors. Very innovative product as it is essentially the first Credit Card for doctors, but we have a software as well. We are on track to hit our goals and its amazing to see us grow and how your work is directly affecting our bottom line. You feel valuable. Team atmosphere is fantastic, great vibes and the perfect amount of pressure. Humble and calculated CEO who understands how to empathetically lead and not micromanage. Great salary for a sales role and commission is incredibly generous. I have already made 5 figure commissions in one month after securing a big deal. If you have tech sales experience and grit, this is an incredible opportunity.

Cons

- 5 days in office required, but its a great office. - Unfortunately some hires have not been tech savvy and they were not able to understand the product, so if tech is not your thing, look elsewhere. - As with any tech sales job, the hustlers, problem solvers and adaptable folks are the ones who can succeed here. Lots of changes and you need to be able to adapt weekly. - Startup, so it does require an agile mindset

Pros

Beautiful building w/first class security.

Cons

Management will allow an abusive/combative selling environment and call it healthy competition. Must be exceeding quota to have a voice. Ultimately, you're taking advantage of financial administrators to obtain another credit card for the practice.

Appreciate the feedback, truly. At Nitra, we don’t shy away from intensity. We’re building in one of the most competitive sectors in fintech and healthcare, and yes, we expect people to bring urgency, grit, and results. That’s not “abusive”, it’s startup reality. And exactly what you should expect when joining a seed stage startup. Healthy competition is part of our culture, but so are support, training, and clear expectations. And let’s be clear: if you’re hitting quota, your voice isn’t just heard, it’s amplified. If you’re not? We help. If that still doesn’t work? This probably wasn’t the right fit for you. As for the jab about our founders sticking to I.T.? They have built multiple companies, led teams to billion-dollar outcomes, and continue rolling up their sleeves getting deep into the weeds, whether that’s writing code, closing deals, or building culture. That’s what real founders do. We wish you the best, but we’re not apologizing for building a company that plays to win.

Pros

The commute was manageable. The team itself was fine.

Cons

- The compensation made no sense for the level of work being done. - I was performing duties that clearly deserved higher pay, putting in long hours and real effort, yet the paycheck stayed far below what the role demanded. - It became mentally exhausting comparing my situation to others in similar roles elsewhere who were earning significantly more for the same kind of work, while nothing here seemed to change. - Bills kept rising, but the salary remained stagnant and unresponsive. - Those responsible for setting pay either had no understanding of market rates or simply chose to ignore them. - It reached a point where it was no longer sustainable.
