Great place for Imigrants to work. If your an American you probably won't enjoy it here

Cons

To cold or hot of a warehouse to work in. The owner is cheap and can't even put some ventilation in it. To long of working hrs they never give you notice until the last minute at times. In winter time they demand you be there no matter how high the snow is out there. And get this their motto is Safety First. That's a big hypocrite view of thinking. There benefit package could be ALOT better. There more about nepotism here and not into diversity. Least in there "PRODUCTION" Area. The starting pay is not enough for the amount of work they lay on you. And NO Shift Differential for 3rd shift and get this there yearly bonus is like .10 cents to .35 cents. ROFLMAO

Company is driven for success. Everyone I work with is great, and the owners of the company do a great job managing the business. They make you feel like you are part of their family.

Cons

I really can't say anything bad about the company. Always do the right thing.

Small company feel and family owned and operated.

Cons

Compensation package needs to be revaluated as 6 month review on new account sales only provided claw backs in commission for most TSM's due to Route Service Reps dropping the ball while servicing the accounts which is outside of sales' control. No referrals of any kind from company or RSR's. Product line prices need to more competitive with the industry or quality needs to be higher to maintain pricing structure.
