      Pros

      None. Unless you are a white “good ol’ boy” who got in on ground level, this place is HELL on Earth.

      Cons

      Everything. The absolute worst company! They micro-manage you until you choose to quit no matter how successful you are! Trust me, don’t be fooled by the fake positive reviews, I really lived it! Unless you are unemployed and homeless, trust me, you should apply to the other million Companies here in Atlanta and RUN as fast as you can from NTG!

      Pros

      Music is played every day, but it's frat boy garbage. Free beer and you'll need it, training was nice but it was a trick to get you to stay with the company for longer than a well adjusted intelligent person would care to do.

      Cons

      Not a job for educated people. Long hours, dishonesty is encouraged constantly. Management will be dishonest to you as well saying you're improving and doing well and they don't mean it. No ethics here, all financial bottom line.
