      Good job if you are desperate or have no life outside of work.

      Pros

      Good people. Energetic work environment (think college fraternity if that’s your thing).

      Cons

      Mediocre training. 1 month and then off to the wolves with you. Meet your quota within 3 months or you’re canned. Mediocre compensation. 45K salary with a 2% commission split. If you are only in it for sales and don’t care about the supply chain aspect, you can find something better I promise. You will be the only person to care about your customers. Anyone other than your direct team lead couldn’t care less to help you. Your day also does not end when you go home. This is a 24/7 industry and you will be expected to work after hours tracking loads/ensuring coverage for your customers. You also signed a 24 month non compete buried in your employment agreements. If you plan to build a career in logistics, be weary of that as it is industry standard. More on that below.

      Glad to hear the sales role gave you good experience to break into the industry! We know it can feel like a grind at times (especially during those first ~6-12 months while you build up your book of business!), and we're always looking for ways to better support teams and keep opportunities to learn and grow. The initial ramp-up is the hardest part for sure!
