NTG has been an excellent place to launch my career. After four years here, I can confidently say the people are supportive, the learning opportunities are constant, and the portfolio I'm building with their help is truly unmatched.

Cons

There aren’t many downsides to working at Nolan. However, if you're in a management role, it's important to advocate for fair compensation and ensure your voice is heard within the organization.

My training class people were cool.

Cons

Churn and burn environment. I have been working in corporate for 8 years in a variety of roles. This is by far the worst work environment I have ever experienced. It negatively effected my mental health, and management does not care. Managers are extremely rude, not welcoming, and unprofessional. I witnessed the team lead speaking disrespectfully to others, as well as to me. Constant vaping in the office, they could not care less about people that don't want tobacco smoke swirling around them. This includes the team lead of the office walking around"hitting people's vapes". Extremely graphic music playing extremely loudly when trying to call customers or service customers.

Edited to add: Thank you again for the honest review—it really does help us improve. We actually held a leadership focus group last week specifically in response to this review. We were able to pinpoint where this happened and are putting a plan in place to make sure it’s crystal clear that a “frat house” mentality isn’t acceptable here.
