Pros

Its a job to put on your resume- to get the next real one

Cons

Unprofessional atmosphere. Note to management- smart people do not want to work in an unprofessional environment. Pizza fridays a career does not make. This is a churning call center for brokers- and non brokers are given no respect.

Thank you for your feedback! Sales is not for everyone. We have a dedicated team of recruitment that selects who we feel would succeed at NTG. However, you get what you put into it. We have pizza on Fridays to reward our sales and non-sales teams for their hard work. This includes a casual office, team oriented, open office, and other perks such as outings. We have had many of our brokers move into leadership roles, so career advancement is there for those who take it.

Pros

My office had a great team and good people

Cons

Funnel System Hired 300ish people in 2025 and it looks like after layoffs and people quitting there is gonna be only about 50-100 still there at end of year. The CEO also sent an email to C-Suite execs and all brokers demeaning the entire rookie class, and when confronted over email by a 1st year broker, demeaned and mocked him publicly on the email in front of every single broker.

Pros

People that work there, environment, friendships and connections made. learned a lot about the industry

Cons

The upper management shifts within the past few months are causing the most successful and long tenured people in sales to quit. Increasingly high levels of outsourcing to Columbia is taking money out of on-shore Sales reps pockets intentionally to "Cut costs" 0 transparency when/ why this money is being taken out of Reps pockets Recent changes creating a cutthroat environment between domestic reps, no teamwork or team loyalty anymore. Dog eat dog environment now Long tenured employees opinions or ideas not valued or even heard out
