      Pros

      You get to wear flip flops and gym shorts to work. Get bagels everyone once in awhile in the morning.

      Cons

      They keep saying you'll be successful.. that's because they want to work you extremely hard. Promises with no rewards. Dog eat dog industry, even with other brokers in your company. To many 3pls out there that can't do much of anything different than the other company. Stay away... you won't make it long before your fired.

      Pros

      You get a key to the office for if...when you are asked to work late or weekend hours.

      Cons

      I’m pretty sure all of the positive reviews are made up by the HR/Outreach department-as none of them are accurate. This is a horrible company to work for. Please save yourself the time and energy by staying far...far away. They have horrible ethics, lots of promises with no reward, you are just another number to them, and so many other things that I don’t even know where to start. I am writing this in the hopes that I can save at least a couple people from getting sucked into this “black hole” of a job.

      Account Manager-Freight Broker

      Pros

      Not one positive thing to say. I estimate this company survives two more years before it is bought out by a more ethical, successful freight brokerage.

      Cons

      Not a real job. Might as well sell things on Craigslist. That's basically what you are doing. Managers encourage you to lie to customers and manipulate you to make wrong decisions in order to make a quick buck for themselves which is not a sustainable way to do business in the long run. This job is incredibly scumbaggish, and teaches you to go against your personal morals, common sense, and any grasp of business ethics in the professional world. Every 6 months they hire 150 plus employees because there is so much turnover. Not because they are "expanding."
