      Fun Work environment! Free lunches! Use the job to platform as another.

      Cons

      Poor Management, lack of advancement, pay is on par with industry average out of college. You will work more than what you are getting paid. Always wanting more and more. Sometimes working long hours into the night and weekends. Lots of favoritism. Much more like a high school and college environment, not really a company who cares about the work you can provide. If you don't fit in you won't make it. It will be hard for you to get the leads you need in order to survive.

      Amazing Environment; best office I could have ever worked in.

      Cons

      Extremely high stress if you are a satellite office (not Atlanta, Charleston, Nashville) - It was like a bunch of high school seniors teaching a bunch of high school freshman how to run accounts and maintain business.

      Young crowd, decent training, monthly progress reviews

      Cons

      Pretty much an adult daycare where music is too loud, high turnover rate, office space is scummy and looks like a college dorm, lack of team atmosphere
