      Fun industry, great co-workers (for the most part), Lots of opportunity to make money if you are good at the job. fast paced, 24/7 job basically. Must be driven and passionate

      Cons

      After hours work is the only way to excel, complete fraternity house ways of awarding promotions, compensation is never stable (constantly fluctuating), must be working at 110% to be considered as a top employee in this saturated department. not enough freight to be shared. FREE FOR ALL ENVIORNMENT. must sacrifice friendships to get ahead. Snake mentality is what is desired here. Management wants employees to fall in line

      Pros

      good hiring classes. fun environment with relaxed dress code. potential to make good money with the right team leader and general manager. college feel. good office locations. good experience in 3PL industry.

      Cons

      mickey mouse management. recycled accounts to favorable people. handouts for women employees. some team leaders barely work and do not respect employees working under them. frequent changes that seem rushed. do not feel the need to keep good employees and instead just hire new college kids... morals and ethics to their own employees is questionable. much more that cannot be disclosed.
