Pros
You get what you put it.. Simple as that. All negative posts are from former employees who couldn't cut it in a rapidly growing environment-- only the strong survive. If you can't adapt to change, being honest with yourself, this company/culture isn't for you. It's a grind, certainly. BUT a wonderful opportunity to understand how the world works, one truck or one container at a time.
Cons
NTG does mesh with country-clubers.. Those who have entitlement issues... And Those who dwell on how awesome they were in the past. If you can't handle the heat stay out of the kitchen!
