The job comes with a bit of stress and long hours but that should be that way for a starting sales job.

The actual job sucks, super stressful and dealing with some very sketchy individuals. This leads to you lying and being sketchy as well and it is supported by management. As many of these other reviews state, the frat atmosphere is no joke. It is great right out of school but after awhile the lack of professionalism gets old. There turnover percentage is way higher than they say, I saw many people come and go in the first year They boast they have the best commission structure in the industry, but they are constantly lowering it (biggest complaint).
