most colleagues are friendly, outgoing, and willing to help teach the transportation industry. There is opportunity to succeed if you are handed the right accounts and already know a great deal about managing your own operations for customers. Fun work environment, very laid back work attire.

Cons

Nolan's employees are disposable, and that is made clear by the high volume of employees they fire. They are looking for the next hire straight out of college so they can manipulate them to not questions the system. You will have to lie daily with this job. Management picks favorites and set many up for success while others for failure. Employees are let go with minimal to no warning, and the main objective of Nolan is to sell the company to investors effective immediately, which creates palpable tension for employees in the work environment.

great culture, unlimited earning potential and plenty of room to move up the corporate ladder. NTG gives you the tools to run your own business. The managers, operations and sales people here have a wealth of knowledge in the industry and they will put you in a position to earn great money right away. Good Starting salary with benefits included, but the real prize is in the commission. The more successful you are, and the harder you work at NTG the more $$$ gets put back in your pocket. This company is growing and opening new offices around the country. Opportunity is abundant

Cons

If you are not a motivated and hard working person this company is not for you. If your idea is to come into the office, put your head down and not challenge yourself, this company (and frankly this industry) is not for you. If you are looking for a job that keeps you on your toes, with $$$ incentive and the challenge to get better every day, then NTG is the place to be.

A great job to enter into the workforce, positive and fun people to work with and many fun social activities outside of work are planned. Everyday is different and exciting and the work you do is important and rewarding.

Cons

Can be very stressful at times and very fast pace, very strict about being there at 8:00 a.m.

We are always actively recruiting from the schools across the country because sales is a priceless opportunity for somenoe who is just entering the workforce as we can fully train and support growth. We also recruit from a variety of backgrounds who want to start a career in sales. While some may look at it as a temporary first job, many have gone on to leadership and management positions or moving into non-sales roles. We realize the industry is stressful and challenging, that is why pride ourselves on creating a work environment where it is easy to have fun. We have music playing overhead, no cubicles, and a very team-orientated environment.
