      Pros

      This company rewards for performance and I wouldn't have it any other way. Compensation if competitive as well asset management is sufficient. NTG brokers works hard to meet personal and company goals. We break margin and load records almost weekly at this point.

      Cons

      They don't allow headphones.... that is my only con.

      Fast-paced, rewarding, dynamic company!

      Pros

      There is never a dull moment! This company is so much fun to work for - music playing all around the office, relaxed dress, company outings and happy hours. Management makes a point to stay involved in the every day activities and motivates the office. Everyone is encouraged to enjoy their job and their hard work is noticed and appreciated. The benefits are awesome and there are a ton of perks. The location is beautiful and everyone loves it!

      Cons

      This job is definitely not for everyone - the atmosphere can be distracting for some people that prefer a quiet workplace. If you get stressed easily, then I would hesitate to recommend NTG. However, if you like to be busy and thrive in a fast-paced environment then come on over!!

      Great environment to work in. Everyday is something new. Good opportunity for commission if you get the right accounts.

      Unorganized. Every one fends for themselves. Company is growing faster than they can keep organized.
