      Its a job to put on your resume- to get the next real one

      Cons

      Unprofessional atmosphere. Note to management- smart people do not want to work in an unprofessional environment. Pizza fridays a career does not make. This is a churning call center for brokers- and non brokers are given no respect.

      Thank you for your feedback! Sales is not for everyone. We have a dedicated team of recruitment that selects who we feel would succeed at NTG. However, you get what you put into it. We have pizza on Fridays to reward our sales and non-sales teams for their hard work. This includes a casual office, team oriented, open office, and other perks such as outings. We have had many of our brokers move into leadership roles, so career advancement is there for those who take it.

      Everyday is different and you get what you put into it. Commission and Bonuses higher than salary now.

      Pros

      Everything moves on a truck or rail at some point so a lot of leads to call that actually need the service. You feel like you are part of the team when you start working. Everyone wants you to do well and add freight to the board. The company is fun and competitions to win iPads, Gift cards, and lunches if numbers hit. All on top of salary, commish, and NTG pays 100 percent for health insurance.

      Cons

      High energy and stress. No where to hide. Numbers are sent out daily. You have to put in effort everyday. Management does seem to have some favorites at times. But positions are given based on production and effort.

      Pros

      It's hard to describe but the company is growing quickly and everyone here feels like they are a part of something special. I work hard and am paid well and get to do it in an awesome environment.

      Cons

      If you are working hard and pushing yourself there is never downtime. Days fly by. You get what you put in.
