Pros

The best sales people at this job are the ones that actually convince you that this is a good job.

Cons

This is nothing more than a high pressure sales job. They use you, burn you out, and then fire you. Oh, and they only pay you twice a month(15th and 31st), which is a sneaky way to get around 26 pay periods. I literally wasted 6 months of my life. They made this job sound so great, and it was AWFUL!

Pros

The culture at NTG is similar to a floor on a trading company. Work hard, play hard atmosphere. If you are willing to bust your tail then you can really make money.

Cons

Company is not for everyone. Management is basically run by younger individuals who don’t have much experience in that role. If you are not in sales then you won’t make anything but an average salary.
