Pros

Great employees to work with. It's basically a frat house. Kegs after work on Fridays.

Cons

Leadership team does not properly calculate workload per employee. It's a sink or swim environment, while playing musical chairs. Wouldn't recommend gambling your career with this job, since they force you to sign a non-compete agreement for 2 years after leaving the company.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry for your experience, but please note it is industry standard to sign a non-compete in the Logistics industry. We always give our employees time to read over all documentation prior to starting on the first day. Great work environment, commission plan with no cap, relaxed dress code, dedicated help if you grow your book, ability to structure your day to day in the office

Cons

longs hrs some weeks(comes with an uncapped commission plan)
