      Pros

      Great HR department with well established advancement tracks. Good benefits. 15 PTO days from day 1. There were some great individuals among the staff.

      Cons

      Lots of unnecessary red tape. Simmering hostility between various departments within the organization. Sometime felt that we weren't all rowing in the same direction.

      Nothing, thy calme they offer good growth and opportunities, nothing they say turns up to be true.

      Cons

      Horrible people and management. They lie on everything and ask you to overwork for false promises. Their management is incapable and has no respect for employees. People in the industry know what type of company Nordson is and that makes it difficult to find new collaborations. Avoid this company if you care of your career and private life!
