      Pros

      Good pay and fun working environment most of the time.

      Cons

      Im going on a year long deployment and requested to have my last 3 days in the states off work without pay and was told no. I know they are not legally required to give any time off of work but when someone is defending you and every person you care about and giving up a year with their loved ones and risking their life for your freedoms 3 days off without pay doesnt seem to be much to ask. Whoever it is that makes these decisions should be fired.

      Pros

      Nice environment, almost never hostile. Everyone well mannered, polite, and mostly professional. Decent benefits. Family friendly.

      Cons

      Base salaries and bonus structure very poor. also frequent layoffs in recent years and more and more corporate attitude of just placating stock holders with little regard to employees. Great divide between haves (those who have been there for 30+ years and upper management) and have-nots (everyone else).

      Great fellow employees to work with who care more for the company and customers than management.

      Cons

      Clueless management loaded with MBAs but no market, competition, or product understanding. Stagnet while heavy with time consuming meetings!
