When we know about instances of behavior that goes against our value of Respect for People, we investigate swiftly. That’s why we have a 24/7 ethics reporting hotline. We have also begun a multi-year inclusion and diversity training path to establish expectations for leadership and employees, and help them learn where they may have biases, as well as identify the kind of behavior that does not contribute to an inclusive environment.
