      Great People, Below Average Wages, No visible path to upward mobility

      Pros

      Great coworkers made up mostly of more experienced people. Small group of young people now working there. Most employees are helpful and are great to be around. Get approx. 2 weeks off for Christmas and New Year's. Very hands on and gain a lot of experience in engineering.

      Cons

      Low pay. Upper management is not very transparent and seems out of touch with their employees. Communication between Marketing, Engineering, and Sales seems out of whack.

      Laid back, casual, everyone talks a lot

      Cons

      Favoritism, periods of no work which leads to boredom and you just have to sit there, need to ask for work to do

      Difficult to get hired on permanently

      Nice facility, good mechanical assembly work experience.

      Cons

      Unless you're exceptional on the machine lines you have little chance of ever being hired on permanently. Contract employees treated like 2nd class workers.
