      The company is stable, colleagues are nice, work environment is a bit dull, but pleasant. The mergers and acquisitions add overall value. Management shows concern and takes action to promote equal opportunities.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth potential. Heavy top down management style. Not a lot of information sharing between the lines of business for improvements.

      Interesting work that connects to global business, is a dynamic environment. Has a strong philanthropy group that encourages employee participation.

      Cons

      Many broad system changes in short amount of time, without proper support or resources to ensure changes succeed. Uneven management across departments and divisions; strong top-down direction discourages collaboration; conflicting goals within departments mean it can be hard to get projects completed.
