Pros
The people! Good supportive people all in the same situation in a company with lots of challenges
Cons
1. Culture. Lack of integrity, trust and dishonesty at the leadership level. This is hard when the strategy is built on "culture & values" 2. Senior leadership, (VP / SVP & CEO) show no acknowledgment, emotional intelligence or energy towards addressing the culture or treatment at the local business group level or the teams. 3. To be blunt: Old, white male leaders, older tenure with very little motivation to change. 4. A "conditioned" way of thinking, which does not lend to open thoughts or innovative / out of the box ideation. Hence, more of a do as you are told and black listed to voice a different approach or ideas, especially at the local level.
