Pros

Learn how to merchandise effectively. Build leadership and communication skills. Gain knowledge on how to map out a floor plan and merchandise product. Styling and window display experience. Can really take initiative and have autonomy in your work if you put in the effort.

Cons

Doesn't pay as well as it should for the amount of work. Can be challenging when working with difficult team members. Overload on work at times.
