Pros

Overall I think it is probably A great company if you can find the right team within A store. They are A family based company. Lots of ability to move up quickly if you are willing to move and relocate quickly.

Cons

In my field I work with A VERY small team of people. I am the newest to the team (five years now) while the rest have been together for A really long time. My manager is all over the board, unorganized, scatter brained and not one who listens. Creates intense drama by lack of orginization and lack of communication.

Pros

Management and HR are so fake you will never know what they are thinking. The vernacular of English they speak is so twisted you will be able to add bi-lingual to the list of skills on your resume.

Cons

This job is massively underpaid for the large amount of work that is demanded and the number of conflicting bosses you're expected to satisfy. Approximately evry twoo weeks employees are required to sign away an additional right that the founding fathers of our country bestowed upon us. The payroll department is terrible, frequently paying employees the day after holiday weekends!
