Pros

I was in the Visual Merchandising department for 5 years and loved it for about 3 years. I'm more creative with a lot of energy it was a great job for me to channel my skills.

Cons

The store manager was not a nice person. There wasn't a lot of clear communication between departments. No room for growth in the Visual department because to become a manager meant working many more hours with a low salary.
