Pros

commission, flexible breaks, being surronded by fashion, free water, discount, good food in the cafe, meeting interesting customers, looking at designer items all day

Cons

catty sales associates, to much emphasis on selling (to much competition), returns going against your paycheck for up to one year, not enough training, people returning everything under the sun — even if it is damaged, shady scheduling

Pros

Great employee discount for managers (33%). Also 40% discount once a year. Could be a good place to work. People are usually helpful.

Cons

Senior management needs to respect their employees more. Need to get back to basics (customer service). There is too much pressure to sell sell sell.
