Pros

Pretty decent compensation, benefits, and flexible schedule. Also, if you want to learn to be more assertive and aggressive, being in sales, definitely helps. Even though you normally don't have weekends off, or even two days in a row, managers are usually very receptive to schedule requests.

Cons

Like previous reviewers, it can be a cult-like environment. I feel like a need a lobotomy to fit in with the other conceited coworkers. Expected to blend in, physically and behavior-wise. Looking through a "future-Nordstrom-leader" guidebook, some of my favorites: look impeccable (can't really argue with that), use sarcasm wisely, use an upbeat tone...

Pros

great pay and they have great staff. they discount is alright its only 20 percent but every twice a year its 40 so its worth it. i like working there because of the commision. they pay well and i enjoy meeting new people.

Cons

the competitvness and the sales goals to meet. the shipment process is not that great too much work and very stressful to put out all the merchadise on time.
