Pros

Large corporation still run like a small store - great benefit package adds a lot to peace of mind. Same benefits for all levels of the organization. Still believes in promoting from within

Cons

Politics, politics, politics & age discrimination is rappant. You have to be young and a game player/ass kisser to get ahead. Talent and strong work ethic will not take you as far.

Pros

They treat their employees very well and are great at hiring from within. I like their value on costumer service.

Cons

They can be to easy on letting people return different items. It allows people to cheat the system to much.
