Pros

Discount, commuter benefits, 401K matching, peers

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Company structure, tools and processes are highly inefficient. Culture is competitive, old school (i.e. "well we've always done it this way") and feels like a sorority- if you don't "fit in" you will likely be pushed out. Innovation only occurs customer-facing but not internally. The company is terribly cheap and prioritizes the bottom line over fair raises for their employees. Department re-orgs and layoffs happen every couple of years. It's a hard place to grow your career due to favoritism. Morale is low.
